How long does it take for my order to arrive?
Due to the current high demand for our products, we allow a delivery time of 8-12 working days. We are working hard to reduce the delivery time
to improve!


When will my order be shipped?
After your order has been received, it can currently take up to 2-3 days for your order to be dispatched.


Which countries do you ship to?
We only ship within Germany.

Can I cancel the order?
After you have placed your order, you can cancel it free of charge within 24 hours. To do so, simply send us an email.
After 24 hours, you can only cancel the order by sending the goods back! After that, you will get your money back.

Where is my package?
After the package is packed, it will be handed over to the shipping company and you will receive a tracking email. You can use this tracking number to track your package.


My tracking number doesn't work?
It may take up to 2 days for the package to update the location, please be patient. If the tracking doesn't show anything, try setting the courier to DHL and re-entering the number.
